Leading consultant to advise NI’s third sector on changing world of work

Local experts will discuss how the working model has changed, if these changes will be permanent and what the implications may be for HR and employment law.

Leading consultant, Donal Laverty a Consulting Partner at Baker Tilly Mooney Moore, Belfast will be a speaker.

An adviser to organisations around the world and a former Chair of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Donal will share his expertise and insight on how organisations will have to adapt in a world of continuous change and disruption, the implications of new ways of working and how organisations need to prepare for a new type of employee relationship.

Also joining the discussion are Christine Crawford, of Willis Employment Services and Louise McAloon of Worthingtons.
