Iain O’Kane, Managing Director, Xperience IT said: “Our goal is to drive business efficiency through best-in-class digital transformation solutions. From engaging with our customers, we’ve identified a gap in the market for a management information tool for the construction industry. This will help it to increase efficiencies, speed up payments and manage purchasing over multiple sites.

“To embrace the opportunity to develop this new innovative product, we need to quickly grow our team and Invest NI’s support will help us to achieve this. Our new staff will help us to develop the new platform and give us the capacity to secure new contracts with construction companies across GB and RoI, along with promoting our other products and services in these markets.

“Over the next three years, increasing our technical expertise will be critical to our growth and expansion strategy. We know that our people drive our business solutions, whether that be through trusted expertise or emerging talent, and our new team will be no different. They will be responsible for building on our core product solutions and increasing sales opportunities. We’re looking forward to expanding our company from Lisburn and growing our team with NI’s sterling local tech talent.”

Invest NI has offered Xperience IT £96,000 towards the creation of 16 new high quality IT and sales roles, with competitive average salaries of over £40,000.

George McKinney, Director of Technology & Services, Invest NI added: “Xperience IT is an ambitious company that has identified a new opportunity to grow its share of the GB and RoI construction sector. Our assistance will support the company to grow its team with 16 new staff who will help it rapidly increase its outputs, while our business advice has provided invaluable insight on how it can maximise opportunities in the GB and RoI markets.

“The competitive salaries on offer are testament to the impact and value the team will have within the company. Once in place, these jobs will contribute £670,000 in additional annual salaries for the Northern Ireland economy. This is a welcome investment in NI’s IT services cluster, and particularly for the Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council area.”

Xperience IT currently employs over 90 people across three offices in Lisburn, Peterborough and Glasgow.
