McAfee Auctions have a quality sale in Ballymoney

A great selection of antique and general furnishings, clocks, paintings and collectibles make up this weeks sale for McAfee Auctions in Ballymoney.

Scheduled for the February 25, the sale is available to view in its entirety on easylive auctions, where you may also watch the sale live on the evening of the sale and bid live throughout.

There’s lots of nice pieces of furniture in the sale including inlaid walnut credenza, great pair of upholstered armchairs, lots of chests, a nice Victorian two door wardrobe, pairs of hall and other occasional chairs including two nice captain chairs, and a set of six pine kitchen chairs, mahogany table and chair set, sideboards and display units, along with many smaller furnishings.

A large selection of paintings including works by Robert Eggington, G. Washington Orr, Sam McLarnon, Gareth Giffin, William Cunningham, Kenlito, W. Haughton, H. McIlfatrick, C. Doorish, Rowland Hill, Emma Jones, D. McNaughton, Gregory Moore, etc. and there are also lots of nice single, pairs and sets of prints.

Clocks include Two Mahogany Longcases, two vienna clocks and a lot of mantle clocks including a large gilted metal clock.

Collectibles are always at the fore and this sale is no exception with a large range of Waterford and Tyrone crystal, pieces of worcester, belleek, crown devon, a private collection of doultonfigurines, silver, silver plate, tea and dinner sets, Capodimonte, oil lamps, nao and other figurines.

Other lots include overmantles, mirrors, oak rocking chair, dining room table, chairs and display unit, barometers, early chaise lounge for recovering, accordians, violins, guitars, gilted and other table lamps and shades.

A good three seater settee, a very nice sized two seater leather settee, gents valet stand, cast iron stick stand, four shelf whatnot, music cabinet, canteens of cutlery, mirrors etc.
