The company’s holiday experts will once again be on hand to offer travel advice and booking assistance to those looking to make their dream getaway a reality. Customers can expect the same expert service and signature Virgin flair, with additional health and safety measures to ensure peace of mind whilst in store.

Upon arrival in store customers, where possible, will be met by a member of the team who will advise on new safety initiatives. These include floor stickers to encourage social distancing, transparent hygiene screens and team members will be required to wear face masks. Customers will be asked to wear a face mask or covering at all times*. Alongside these measures, all stores will have a deep clean prior to re-opening, and once open will receive frequent professional cleans throughout the week.

From the sun-soaked beaches of the Caribbean to family fun in Orlando, we have some great offers available and we want to reassure our customers that we’re here for them, when they are ready to travel.”

The Belfast retail store reopens as a wide range of exciting offers launch for travel in 2021. Whether it’s relaxing on the beaches in the Caribbean, or a thrill-seeking rollercoaster ride at an Orlando resort, the Virgin Atlantic Holidays retail team are perfectly placed to help plan first class travel itineraries for customers.
