A date for the re-opening of the site at Newtownbreda will follow early next week.

We Are Vertigo’s Inflatable Parks at Titanic Quarter and Newtownbreda are Ireland’s largest permanent inflatable action courses, creating endless thrills with extreme drop slides, open bounce areas, mechanical sweeping arms, travelators and Wipeout assault courses, as well as dedicated toddler areas so the whole family can have fun together.

The Titanic Quarter facility includes a mezzanine viewing gallery, where parents can view activities across the whole complex – watching on as their children enjoy the Inflatable Park, Ninja Master Course, or indoor skydiving, with comfortable seating and a café serving a range of hot and cold snacks and beverages.

Commenting on the re-opening, Gareth Murphy, managing director, We Are Vertigo said: “We are delighted to be re-opening after a six month closure as a result of the global pandemic. Health and safety is always our top priority and, as we begin to welcome our customers back, we have implemented a number of new measures which will allow everyone to come and enjoy their experience, while also feeling reassured.

“As one of the largest buildings being used for leisure purposes in Belfast we have plenty of space to allow adequate social distancing. We have also dramatically reduced our capacity and customer numbers. We encourage all visitors to book in advance of coming to the sites. Hand sanitiser will be well stocked and available on every table. All current bookings are fully transferrable and will be honoured.”

He added: “We have been very busy during our closure, recently launching a new restaurant and bar concept, Cargo by Vertigo, which sits alongside Spud Murphy’s overlooking the famous H&W Cranes. In just two weeks we converted a previously unused area into a unique outdoor eatery with stretch tents and shipping containers. We want to see people back out enjoying themselves, and there is plenty to do in Titanic Quarter.”
