Expansion plans by recruitment firm bring 10 new jobs

The firm, which employs 700 people in recruitment, 2,000 in managed services and 10,000 on client sites across its global business has added a team of new consultants in the province.

The Group which in 2015 announced that it would be creating 200 jobs across its 36 branches is the only indigenous recruitment company listed on both the London and Dublin stock exchange.

According to CEO Áine Brolly, former Invest NI Senior Vice President (SVP) in San Francisco, the business has generated strong growth in the local market over the last 12 months and the creation of 10 new jobs as well as a new international executive search company, Ardlinn, are a benchmark of its success in Northern Ireland and globally.

“This is a significant day for Cpl as it not only reflects our ambition, growth and commitment to the local marketplace but it is also an indication of the considerable opportunities that we believe exists within the Northern Ireland economy,” she said.

“We have restructured and reshaped the NI business to support our growth and we have a great blend of local talent within our team, people who have expertise and deep insights into the local skills sectors. We have developed strategies around how we can support and augment the potential that exists within the local economy.”

Cpl is also launching a new business to support the growing demand from clients for leading executives.
