The contract, for an initial three-year term, began this month and involved the provision of planned and reactive maintenance services, with the support of locally based, specialist supply chain partners.

With offices in Hillsborough and Belfast, Grant Thornton is regarded as one of Ireland’s leading accountancy and advisory organisations.

Following exponential growth, it rationalised its Belfast operations in 2017, moving to modern, new offices on the third floor of the iconic Danske Bank building in Donegall Square West.

Notably, Graham facilitated this move following the completion of a major interior fit-out scheme.

Highlighting the importance of the contract, Gordon Richardson, Graham Senior Contracts Manager FM, said it was a ‘strategic addition to the Graham facilities management portfolio’.

He added: “We are delighted to have secured this contract with such a prestigious client in Grant Thornton.

Currently, Graham is delivering a range of facilities management services throughout Belfast city centre, including at 9 Lanyon Place, the Bar Library, and for Allen & Overy at its flagship headquarters in Donegal Quay.

Graham specialises in the delivery of award-winning building, civil engineering, interior fit-out and facilities management.
