Hurst grows bike sales with Honda deal

Charles Hurst Group, Northern Ireland's biggest automotive retailer, has expanded its motorcycle offering with the acquisition of Belfast Honda, which will now become Charles Hurst Honda Motorcycles.

The business will continue to trade from its current address on Prince Regent Road until it moves to a purpose-built showroom within Charles Hurst’s Boucher Road complex in early 2017. The acquisition and planned new showroom will see the business retain the operational staff currently employed.

Operations director Colin McNab said: “We are delighted to welcome Charles Hurst Honda Motorcycles to our growing group of dealerships. The business is a fantastic addition to our range and offers a great extension of our existing motorcycle offering which currently includes both Yamaha and BMW retail units.

This is the latest in a series of major investments Charles Hurst Group has made in recent months including the opening of its new £500,000 BMW Motorrad retail unit on the main Boucher Road complex.
