The 5-star Lough Erne Resort has become the first hotel in Northern Ireland to introduce compulsory use of face coverings by all staff within the resort.

The move is a new addition to the resort’s Guest Care and Wellbeing Promise, introduced as part of its re-opening after lockdown.

Alongside the compulsory wearing of facial protection by staff, the comprehensive Guest Care and Wellbeing promise includes the introduction of Staff and Guest temperature checking, the provision of single-use items, sealed rooms, and the introduction of a dedicated Guest Care and Wellbeing Team.

Now, thanks to the resort’s new guest care video, the public has been afforded an intriguing insight into Lough Erne Resort’s commitment to guest care and wellbeing through its wide range of newly introduced facilities and systems.
