The company, which already has extensive experience of working at the highest level in the capital will be involved in the creation of a hotel at Ten Trinity Square, a grade II listed building and in the completion of public space at the Lillie Square development in Earls Court.

That is a distinctive new development inspired by the traditional garden square and is located in Earls Court, where Kensington, Chelsea and Fulham meet. The development also has a 20,000 sq. ft. private residents’ club, complete with five star facilities and amenities, and 24-hour security.

Located next to the Tower of London and featured recently as the MI6 office in Skyfall, Ten Trinity Square was once the headquarters of the Port of London Authority. Opened in 1922 by Prime Minister David Lloyd George it is now an hotel, spa, private member’s club and exclusive residences.

“These are excellent projects for McCue,” said managing director Les McCracken.

“Ten Trinity Square is a beautiful building which deserves the utmost attention to detail, whilst Lillie Square is a highly exclusive development which will demand incredibly refined fit out.

“Both Central London contracts are significant for McCue, highlighting the company as a reliable supplier of incredibly high quality fit out services in this sector.

“We will be fitting out the spa, French and Asian restaurants, meeting rooms, pre-function and function rooms and the rotunda at Ten Trinity Square in addition to the extensive clubhouse area at Lillie Square.

“With Ten Trinity, we have our work cut out as there are numerous pre-existing features in the building which are to be preserved and enhanced.

“The focal point, the Rotunda Lounge, incorporates an updated glass dome that was originally built to emulate that of nearby St Paul’s Cathedral. It is a very interesting project.

“Lillie Square is an exceptional modern development which requires a distinct approach. With this project, McCue can complement the beautiful design with bespoke materials and our in house joinery services, creating an interesting juxtaposition between the sweeping metal and glass finishes with textured wood surfaces. Both projects are exciting for different reasons and represent the breadth of fit out work that McCue Crafted Fit can undertake.”
