Mount Charles in pole position with three year NW200 contract

Leading food service and business support firm Mount Charles has won a significant contract with one of the country's largest outdoor sporting events, the Vauxhall International North West 200.

Mount Charles, which recently qualified as one of Ireland’s Best Managed Companies for the seventh year running, will deliver bar and beverage services to tens of thousands of people within the North West 200 hospitality tent over the next three years.

“We are actively focusing on growing our business in the outside events space, both in terms of bar/beverage services and event catering,” said chairman Trevor Annon.

“This contract with the North West 200, an event of significant scale and importance to the local economy, is a strategic win that will help us further build our presence and reputation in this competitive marketplace, and we look forward to building our relationship with Mervyn and the team over the coming three years and beyond.

“This is a further string to our bow and adds to the impact we have already had in the outdoor events arena with high profile partnerships with organisations including Ulster Rugby, Digital DNA and the Down Royal Racecourse,” he said.
