New dawn for Dream Apartments with rebranding and investment

Multi-award-winning serviced apartment provider, Dream Apartments, has announced a corporate rebrand and six-figure investment program with plans to expand into a further 10 cities Europe-wide by 2022, creating over 300 jobs across 500 new apartments.

Owned and operated by Belfast businessman, Tom Smyth, the newly branded Dream Luxury Serviced Apartments has become the become fastest growing accommodation supplier in the UK, currently employing over 200 people and operating more than 400 properties worldwide.

Dream appointed Kaizen Brand Evolution to develop the new suite of branding and messaging that reflects the company’s renewed focus and confidence in a new world.

Speaking about the rebrand and investment plans, Tom Smyth, Managing Director of Dream Luxury Serviced Apartments said: “As we emerge from one of the most challenging trading periods in hospitality history, we at Dream Apartments are forging ahead with our plans for a strong and buoyant future.
