Chartered Accountants Ulster Society has announced Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice as its charity partner for this year’s Christmas Charity Lunch, the Society’s largest annual event.

Taking place on 5 December at the Europa Hotel, Belfast, the event will welcome over 500 Chartered Accountants and guests and is expected to raise thousands of pounds to support the work of Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice. Guests will also donate toys and gift vouchers for the Salvation Army and St Vincent de Paul Christmas Appeal.

Mark Lawther, Chairman of the Chartered Accountants Ulster Society, said: “We are delighted to support Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice, which does such incredible work for babies, children and their families right across Northern Ireland. We hope the funds raised through our members’ generosity will make a real difference to families when they need it most.”

Ian Sheppard, Chair of the Board of Trustees of Northern Ireland Hospice said, “On behalf of Northern Ireland Hospice, I want to express our heartfelt thanks to Chartered Accountants Ulster Society for selecting Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice as their chosen charity at this year’s Annual Members’ Lunch. Your support will help us to continue to provide vital care and comfort to children and families when they need it most. We are deeply grateful for your generosity and commitment to making a difference.”
