There are a limited number of places still left on the NSA trip to France at the beginning of October.

The group will leave on Sunday 2nd October and travel to the Limoges region for their first visits to sheep farms on Monday before travelling on to Clermont Ferrand.

Before returning home on Thursday the group will spend the morning on an INRA Research farm.

The 25th Sommet de L’Elevage show will be once again a showpiece for cattle and sheep breeds.

The Charolais cattle will be the headline breed this year but all the other native breeds will be well represented.

In the sheep sector there will be showing classes for Suffolk, Texel and Ile de France with an auction of Hampshire Down rams included.
