Pinnacle Growth Group leader appointed director at leading marketing agency to focused on business growth in Northern Ireland

The leader of a Lisburn firm Pinnacle Growth Group has joined the strategic marketing agency Cove Collective as a new director.

Robert McConnell, managing director of the business management consultant and CFO at Tubular, has joined Cove Collective’s team of five marketing, business development and content experts to help accelerate the agency’s growth in Northern Ireland and beyond.

With a proven track record of driving business growth and a wealth of experience in finance, innovation, strategy and international trade, Robert brings invaluable expertise to Cove Collective as it looks to expand into new markets.

Robert has founded, scaled and exited several other businesses. Chartered director and Fellow of the Institute of Directors, and a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining, Robert was recently admitted to the Freedom of the City of London and is a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Engineers. His business experience and background locally and internationally will contribute significantly to Cove Collective and its clients’ business growth ambitions.

With nearly 20 years of experience in local and global businesses, Robert has consistently demonstrated his ability to grow business revenues and profitability, drive innovation, improve and implement strategy, and grow internationally.
