Donnelly Group Dungannon team member, Ryan McTeague, has been crowned Jaguar Land Rover Retailer Colleague of the Year 2025 following a highly competitive national selection process.
The prestigious accolade was revealed at the annual Jaguar Land Rover Awards Gala, held at the company’s UK headquarters in Solihull, after finalists undertook an intensive two-hour interview in late November.
The award celebrates outstanding performance, professionalism, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences, recognising individuals who consistently go above and beyond in their roles.
Reacting to the announcement, Ryan said: "The encouragement I received throughout the process was incredible. The support from colleagues across the business made the entire experience so positive. I’m extremely grateful to be part of such a supportive and motivated team."
