Tributes pour in after ‘sudden passing’ of ‘much loved’ member of YFC

A post on Crumlin Young Farmers Club Facebook page says: “The members of Crumlin YFC are deeply saddened by the sudden passing of much loved club member Ward Patterson.

“Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends at this sad time”.

The post adds: “In light of this we have cancelled our meeting tomorrow night, however the Memorial Hall on Crumlin Main Street will be open from 7PM for people to sign a book of condolence, all are welcome to join us.”

Tributes to the young man have poured in.

A message from Killenchy Young Farmers said: “On behalf of killinchy YFC we send our condolence to the Patterson family and to Crumlin YFC”.

A message from Annaclone and Magherally Young Farmers adds: “Thoughts and prayers are with his family and your entire club”.
