The Post Office opened last week at 15 Market Street, Lurgan, Craigavon just 170 metres from its former premises at 2 Market Street, which closed the previous day.

The move provides a long-term solution for the branch, which had been operating under a temporary postmaster. The new operator identified the Market Street premises and carried out a full refurbishment to accommodate both the Post Office and a new home giftware store.
