The British LGBT Awards is a prominent annual ceremony held in London, celebrating individuals, organisations and allies who promote equality, diversity and inclusion for the LGBTQ+ community. Founded in 2014 by Sarah Garrett, the awards recognise trailblazers across business, media, celebrity and community activism, and attract widespread media coverage and high-profile attendance.

The Business Ally award specifically honours non-LGBTQ+ individuals who actively support and advocate for inclusion within their organisations and beyond, demonstrating a sustained commitment to diversity initiatives.

This year’s shortlist also features nominees from companies such as British Airways, Channel 4 and Booking.com, alongside well-known figures including Alan Carr, Charli XCX and Cynthia Erivo.

A spokesperson for Graham said: “Being shortlisted alongside such high-profile organisations and individuals is a proud moment for GRAHAM and demonstrates the impact of Hugh’s ongoing commitment as an ally.

“We wish Hugh every success at the awards on 28th May, and regardless of the outcome, we are proud and fortunate to have such a dedicated ally supporting our LGBTQ+ colleagues at Graham.”
