Northern Ireland catering equipment specialist is to host a two-day Foodservice Open Day next month, showcasing the latest equipment, technology and innovations for the hospitality and foodservice sectors.
The event by Stephens Catering Equipment will take place at the company's showroom in Broughshane on Tuesday, October 6 and Wednesday, October 7, from 10am to 5pm each day.
The open day will bring together foodservice, hospitality, fast-food, retail, healthcare, contract catering and mobile catering operators from across Northern Ireland and beyond.
Visitors will be able to see commercial catering equipment in operation through live cooking demonstrations and practical sessions with chefs and industry specialists.
Brands being showcased will include Rational, Hobart, Middleby, UNOX, Florigo, Falcon and Welbilt, alongside equipment from Mono Bakery Equipment, Stephens Bespoke Solutions and Moffat in a dedicated retail area.
Stephens will also showcase its range of mobile catering trailers, with options available for both hire and sale, aimed at mobile food businesses and event caterers.
Managing director Paul Caves said: “We want visitors to see the latest innovations in action, speak directly to chefs and our equipment specialists, and discover practical ways they can improve their operation.
“We have a fantastic range of equipment and innovations on show this year. It's also an opportunity for businesses to meet our team and find out how we can support them from design and equipment supply through to installation, training and aftercare.”
Live demonstrations will run throughout the event, with chefs sharing cooking techniques and practical advice aimed at helping operators improve efficiency, consistency and output.
The Stephens team will also be available to discuss individual requirements and recommend equipment and foodservice solutions based on the needs of different businesses.
The event will include prize draws and competitions, with the company expecting visitors from across the region.
