'We’re ready to disrupt the market and win over local customers': UK automotive parts business opens new Mallusk branch as expansion into Northern Ireland accelerates
New 11,000 sq ft site creates 12 jobs as GSF Car Parts ramps up regional growth plans
UK automotive parts business GSF Car Parts has opened a brand-new store in Mallusk this morning, marking a major step forward in its investment across Northern Ireland.

The new store, located at Unit 5, River Park, Blackwater Road, is the company’s second site in Northern Ireland and the first of several new openings planned for 2026 as GSF continues to grow its presence across the region.
The 11,226 square‑foot site has created 12 full‑time employees and a fleet of six delivery vans, strengthening delivery capacity and improving access to parts for local independent garages.
The store features a retail area, office space and a warehouse designed for fast picking and rapid dispatch. Customers can also take advantage of Click & Collect, with thousands of car parts, tools and workshop essentials available for same‑day pickup.
Jay Purdy, general manager at GSF Mallusk, said: “I’m hugely excited about the opportunity to expand into a second branch here in Northern Ireland. We’re ready to disrupt the market and win over local customers.
“I’ve spent 23 years in the industry and have joined GSF motivated by the challenge ahead, but I have a huge amount of faith that this team will succeed. We cannot wait to get started.”
Steve Horne, chief executive officer at GSF Car Parts, added: “Our investment in Northern Ireland is a hugely important part of our 2026 growth strategy. The Mallusk branch will significantly strengthen our service to local independent garages, and I’m looking forward to seeing this team establish GSF as the number one aftermarket supplier in the area, with big plans for the future of GSF in Northern Ireland.”
