Man arrested by PSNI in probe into ill-treatment of patients at Muckamore Abbey hospital

Detectives from the PSNI’s Public Protection Branch investigating the allegations of ill-treatment of patients at Muckamore Abbey hospital have this morning arrested a 26-year-old man.

He is the sixth person to be arresated in the Antrim area.

A PSNI spokesman said there are no further details at this time.
