Massive ‘carryout’ seized from underage drinkers ‘enjoying’ Hallowe’en celebrations - fireworks also lifted
Police had a busy night engaging with young people, a number of whom were underage drinking.
The post on Police West Belfast Facebook page added that “a quantity of alcohol and fireworks have been seized and will be destroyed”.
“We would like to take this opportunity to thank our partners in Belfast City Council and local youth organisations, who have been doing some excellent work this even,” added the post.
“We will continue to patrol the area and deal with any incidents of anti social behaviour or criminality as it arises.
