With many workers juggling hybrid schedules, early starts and late finishes, caffeine has become a staple of modern routines. Whether it’s a morning coffee to kick-start the day or an afternoon energy drink to overcome the 3 pm slump, millions are turning to quick and convenient caffeine products to stay awake and alert.
Caffeine pouches offer a hands-free, sugar-free alternative to traditional hot drinks and energy beverages. Designed for convenience and discretion, caffeine pouches are a spill-free option for those looking for a caffeine boost during commutes, meetings or long shifts, without needing to queue for another coffee. According to Haypp’s customer data, 10% are using caffeine pouches compared with 5% last year, showing a growing trend.
Commenting on the findings, Markus Lindblad, Head of External Affairs at Haypp, said:
“This research gives an insight into how people across the UK are managing busy and often demanding schedules. It’s clear that for many, caffeine plays an important role in helping them stay alert and focused throughout the day. As conversations around wellbeing and work-life balance continue, it’s interesting to see just how widespread caffeine reliance has become in our cities. From early commutes to long shifts, people are increasingly looking for convenient and effective ways to stay awake, active and alert.”
