Sun to brighten NI this week - temperatures of 20 °C and more expected

According to the Met Office the warmer temperatures started today.

They say that this evening and tonight will be “dry “ for most “with clear spells and variable amounts of cloud”.

However they caution that “the southeast looks cloudier with perhaps a little drizzle”.

Meanwhile they advise that “winds (would be) becoming mostly light”.

The minimum temperature is 10 °C.

Tomorrow, according to the forecaster, will be “a bright day with some warm sunny spells but always the risk of a few showers, especially through the late afternoon and evening”.

It adds: “Light winds. Maximum temperature 20 °C”.

And the outlook for Tuesday to Thursday according to the Met Office is: “Rather cloudy through Tuesday and Wednesday with a few showers around.

“However Thursday looks dry and bright with sunny spells. Mainly light winds throughout”.
