The post simply said: “In loving memory of a dear mother, grandmother and great grandmother Doreen who passed away on 5th January.

“Thank you to everyone for all your kindness.”

A funeral insertion in funeraltimes.com says that Doreen Elizabeth Dodds died on January 5 at Graan Abbey Nursing Home, Enniskillen.

It adds that Mrs Dodds is the ‘beloved wife of the late Joe Dodds’.

She is also described as the ‘dearly loved mother of Nigel (Diane) and Gloria (Richard)’ and ‘dear grandmother of Mark, Robyn, Catherine and Christopher and a much loved great grandmother and sister.’

The insertion adds: “Due to the current circumstances and government advice regarding COVID-19 the family home, funeral service and burial will be private.”

Underneath the post on Facebook messages of sympathy relay public sympathy to Mr Dodds.
