Asda Coleraine colleague Mark goes the extra mile

Roy Warke, Asda Coleraine General Store Manager explained: “The customer and his wife had been struggling to get their shopping. They were unable to leave their home and had no other support network in place to help. Mark contacted the couple and reassured them that he would get them the groceries they desperately needed.

“Mark collated the goods, arranged payment and delivered them out to the customer’s home in his own car. The couple were extremely appreciative of Mark’s help in getting the essential items they needed. This is the second time in a week Mark has carried out an act of kindness to help our customers during this difficult time. Mark is a fantastic colleague who always goes out of his way to be there for his colleagues and customers.”
