Victoria Hutchinson and her fiance Mark, also from Ballymena, are currently working at De Hessenhof Biological Nursery in a town called Ede, Netherlands.
‘‘It is one of the most popular nurseries in Europe, with over 3,000 herbaceous perennials,’’ explained Victoria.
‘‘Mark has been gardening for five years, I have just started this year.’’
