Appeal to trace last movements of tourist Agnieszka Szypulska

Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the sudden death of 39-year-old Agnieszka Szypulska, whose body was found close to Binevenagh Lake in Co Londonderry on Saturday morning.

They are also asking for assistance from the public in determining her last movements.

It is believed the Canadian/Polish national was in Northern Ireland on holiday.

Sergeant Stephen Taylor said: “Agnieszka’s body was discovered on Saturday morning, at approximately 11.30am by a member of the public.

“It is believed Agnieszka was on holiday in Northern Ireland and may have been in the Articlave area on Thursday, 12 May.

“I am trying to trace anyone who may have spoken to or seen Agnieszka over the past few days. If you believe you have any information that may assist us in our enquiries please contact police at Limavady on the non-emergency number 101.
