Assault victim still in critical condition
The woman in her 50s who was left fighting for her life after sustaining serious head injuries in an assault outside Newry remained critically ill in the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast yesterday.
The woman had been assaulted at a house on Hollyridge Lane in the early hours of last Thursday.
