Brick thrown at minibus carrying tourists in west Belfast

A minibus coach transporting a number of tourists had a brick thrown at it in West Belfast yesterday afternoon.

The incident happened in the Divis Street area at around 4.45pm.

Police said that a window on the bus was smashed but there were no reports of any injuries.

Inspector David McBride said: “Police enquiries into the incident are ongoing and I would ask anyone with any information to contact officers at Woodbourne.”
