Asda deal makes a Happy Halloween for Scott's Bakery

Fivemiletown based, Scott's Bakery, has secured a national deal with Asda to supply a 12 pack of Halloween themed '˜Creepy Cupcakes' to 385 of the retailer's stores across the UK.

The family run bakery, which has produced Asda own brand small cakes for 10 years, is consolidating its business with the retailer.

Asda currently lists 24 lines produced by Scott’s and the bakery has seen an increase in sales growth from its business with Asda by up to 40% annually.

The business was established in 1968 and currently employs more than 200 people to produce cakes which are sold all over the UK and Ireland.

“It is fantastic to extend our business with Asda on a national level – and it’s testament to the integrity of our products.

“The ‘Creepy Cupcakes’ are an excellent addition to our Halloween range and it will be great to see their much-loved products in many more of our stores.”
