Celebrity chefs on trail of Ulster-Scots settlers
Celebrity chefs Paul Rankin and Nick Nairn are back on their travels.
The dynamic duo return to our screens tomorrow night with their new series, Paul and Nick’s Big American Food Trip.
The eight-part series sees the pair follow in the trail of the first Ulster-Scots who travelled and settled in the “New World”. Learning about the history of the Ulster-Scots settlers sees the pair use the finest local produce to cook up a storm for Ulster-Scots descendants in each location.
This is the fourth series featuring the chefs and gets under way tomorrow at 8pm on UTV.
