Cash taken from home of elderly man - appeal for witnesses
Detectives are investigating the report of a burglary at the home of an older male in the Bawnmore Court area of south Belfast.
Detective Sergeant Natalie Moore said: “It was reported that sometime between Friday 31st January and 4pm on Monday 17th February, entry was forced into a property in the area whilst it was unoccupied.
“It is believed a sum of cash was taken.
“I would appeal to anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity in the area during this period of time to contact detectives in Musgrave on 101 quoting reference 1420 17/02/20. Alternatively, information can also be provided to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
