A small packet of drugs has been found outside a city play park.

Former Lord Mayor Daniel Baker (Sinn Fein) was made aware of the find near a Twinbrook play park by a concerned parent.

“I was contacted by a concerned parent this morning who found this and a number of empty packets outside a play park,” he wrote in a Facebook post.

“There is no question we are coming across more drug paraphernalia in our communities.

“A change of direction is needed.

“Thankfully no child found this today”.
