A video appearing to show a police officer pinning Mr. Floyd to the ground by placing his knee on Mr. Floyd's neck has given rise to some of the worst civil unrest the USA has seen in decades - the police officer with his knee on Mr. Floyd's neck has since been charged with third degree murder - three other police officers were sacked.
