Man arrested after Bessbrook sudden death
A 48-year-old man has been arrested by detectives investigating the sudden death of a woman in her 30s in south Armagh.
The woman died in the Orior Park area of Bessbrook on Tuesday (February 21).
Detective Sergeant Paul Murphy said: “ As a direct result of our enquiries, we have arrested a man on suspicion of possession of Class B drugs and being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs. He is currently helping police with their enquiries.
“A total of £2,000 cash was seized and a number of items were also taken away for examination during a related search.”
