Man arrested under Terrorism Act in Jim Donegan murder probe
A 42-year-old man has been arrested under Section 41 of the Terrorism Act by detectives investigating the murder of Jim Donegan.
This is the tenth arrest by police in the Jim Donegan murder inquiry.
Mr Donegan, a father-of-two was murdered on the Glen Road, West Belfast on 4 December 2018 - as he waited for his son to get out of school.The arrested man is currently in custody at Musgrave Serious Crime Suite where he is being questioned by detectives.
