Man charged with grievous bodily harm as victim remains in critical condition in hospital after serious assault in Waterfoot
Detectives investigating a serious assault in Waterfoot in the early hours of Saturday, 19th October, have charged a man to court.
A PSNI statement says the 28-year-old has been charged with grievous bodily harm.
He is due to appear before Coleraine Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 11th November.
As is usual procedure all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
