Man seriously assaulted in east Belfast
A man has been taken to hospital after being seriously assaulted in east Belfast on Wednesday evening.
Police received a report of an assault in the Templemore Street area just before 8pm on Wednesday .
The man, aged in his 30s, was taken to hospital to be treated.
Officers remain at the scene, carrying out inquiries.
