Man to appear in court after £330,000 class B drugs seized in east Belfast raid

A 48-year-old man is to appear in Newtownards Magistrates’ Court today, (Tuesday May 10th) charged with possession of a Class A drug and possession of a Class B drug with intent to supply.

He is to appear before Newtownards Magistrates’ Court today, Tuesday May 10th.

It is understood the charges are in relation to a search of a property in the Dundonald area of East Belfast on Monday May 9th by police officers from Lisburn and Castlereagh.

A quantity of suspected Class B drugs with a potential street value of £330,000 were seized during the operation.
