Man to appear in court charged with breaching a sexual offences prevention order and possessing an indecent photograph
A 38-year-old man has been charged to Enniskillen Magistrates Court on June 2 with possessing an indecent photograph or pseudo-photograph of a child and five counts of breaching a sexual offences prevention order
The statement from the PSNI adds that as is usual procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
