NI woman suspected of preventing lawful burial of a corpse after dead body found in property
A 35 year-old woman has been charged with a number of offences including preventing lawful burial of a corpse and fraud by false representation.
The charges relate to the circumstances surrounding the death of a man whose body was found in a property in Bayview Terrace in Londonderry on Sunday November 22.
The is due to appear at Londonderry Magistrates Court today, Tuesday, November 24.
As is normal procedure all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
