PSNI launch murder probe after death of woman, 60, in her home
The incident happened in Windermere Road, near Four Winds, on Sunday.
The area was taped off today as police investigated.
A 61-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in custody.

Hide AdDetective Inspector Jennifer Rea said: “I want to offer my condolences to the family and loved ones of the victim at this tragic time.”
She appealed for anyone with information to contact police.
Police have not released any further details about the incident.
DUP South Belfast MLA Christopher Stalford said: “The community is shocked by this development. Like the police I appeal for anyone with information which may be helpful to the investigation to get in touch with the police.
“This is a very quiet and settled community. Anyone in the area who I have spoken with is shocked by the news”

Hide AdSinn Féin councillor Ryan Carlin expressed his condolences to the woman’s family.
“This death of a woman in Four Winds has shocked the local community,” he said.
“This is a peaceful community with a strong sense of community spirit and cohesion.
“A man has been arrested under the suspicion of murder and a police investigation is currently underway.

Hide Ad“I have been liaising with the PSNI throughout the course of the incident and would appeal to anyone with information to bring it forward.
“My thoughts and sympathies are with the family and friends of the deceased woman at this difficult time.”
Police are appealing for anyone who has information they believe may assist the police investigation to contact detectives on 101, quoting reference number 1566 of 16/08/20.
Alternatively, information can also be provided anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
