PSNI report security alert in Randalstown due to 'suspected historic munitions'
A security alert is ongoing in Randalstown due to what police are calling “suspected historic munitions”.
Police said the alert is ongoing in the Portglenone Road area this evening, Thursday 5 November.
Police said that suspected historic munitions have been located at a residential property.
Road closures are in place and police are asking the public to avoid the area at this time.
