Saintfield Road reopens to traffic after earlier security alert

Motorists are advised that the Saintfield Road has reopened to traffic, to the Temple roundabout, the PSNI have reported.

This comes after an earlier security alert in the Carryduff Road area of Temple outside Lisburn.

According to a statement from the PSNI, traffic is now being directed down towards the Carryduff Road.

It adds that the PSNI remain in attendance.
