Two more arrests in connection with beheading of teenager Keane Mulready Woods

A man in his early 20s was arrested shortly after 7am on Thursday morning and is currently detained at Dundalk Garda Station under the provisions of Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act 2007.

Another man also in his early 20s was arrested shortly after 10am on Thursday and is currently detained at Mountjoy Garda station under the provisions of Section 42 of the Criminal Justice Act 1999.

The man arrested on Tuesday December 8 in connection with this matter continues to be detained at Drogheda Garda Station.

Keane was last seen by his family on January 12, 2020.

It is believed he was abducted, murdered and his body dismembered.

Keane’s remains were located in two separate locations in Dublin in the days following his disappearance.
