Witness appeal after man assaulted

Police are hunting for a man in h is 30s after a younger male was attacked in Co Armagh.

The young man had been walking with two other men on the Lurgan Road, Craigavon when the assault happened.

Police are appealing for information regarding an incident which happened at around 9pm on Saturday 24th October.

A PSNI spokesperson said: “An unknown male approached a group of three younger males and assaulted one of them on the Lurgan Road, Craigavon close to roundabout 7.

“The male was described as in his 30’s, with blue jeans and a dark coloured top, travelling on foot.

“Anyone with any information regarding this is incident is urged to contact Lurgan PSNI on 101 quoting the reference number 1992 - 24/10/20.
