DC-based journalist delivers Belfast lecture on Trump
Thursday night’s talk, chaired by Barry Turley, was given at the Peter Frogatt Centre at Queen’s University.
Mr Stanage, who was educated at Methodist College and Oxford University, wrote a book about Barack Obama’s election campaign in 2008, that culminated in Mr Obama becoming the first African American president (Redemption Song: An Irish Reporter Inside the Obama Campaign).

The audience was given an analysis of the Republican incumbent’s early weeks in the Oval Office, and the possible reasons why he reached his surprise electoral victory over Hillary Clinton last November.
