The event was run in support of five members of the club who are taking part in the YFCU Short Term exchange programme – Holly Vance and Jack Campbell are going to Scotland, Shannen and Lauren Vance to England and Bryan McKinley to Wales. The five members will also be involved in hosting the incoming exchangees from 8th-22nd May – Paige and Emily from England, Zoe and Hannah from Scotland and Lestyn from Wales.

In brilliant sunshine approximately 45 tractors of varying makes and vintages were in attendance making the judging of the ‘Show and Shine’ extremely difficult for the adjudicators.

The club is very grateful to Brian Keys for allowing the use of his premises and equipment and to the Keys staff, Gavin and Simon, who carried out the testing.

Thanks are also due to TAD Valeting, Brian Keys and A & J Mills Oil Trillick who sponsored the prizes, to McCarneys Nisa Trillick for the BBQ and to all the tractor owners and drivers and spectators for their support on the night.
